*Anne Marie Howes Centre (B26 2DU – Sheldon Heath)
*Perry Tree Centre (B23 5BX – Kingstanding)
*Moseley Hall Hospital B13 8JL (Moseley)
*West Heath Hospital B38 8HR

Essential Requirements?
- Minimum of 6 months NHS Experience
- Passion for care
- Right to Work in the UK
- DBS on the update Service
- Full immunisation report to show evidence of 2 x mmr, 3 x Hep B, Varicella and TB vaccines.
