As a School Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational institution. We’re seeking an individual with the following qualities:

  • You excel at managing administrative tasks, creating efficient systems, and maintaining order in a dynamic school environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be interacting with students, parents, teachers, and staff regularly.
  • You thrive in a collaborative work environment and enjoy contributing to a positive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • A variety of tasks will be required to support this busy pupil referral unit. There will be a high level of contact with pupils.
  • Duties will include answering the phone and making phone calls, use of Centre mobile, greeting pupils, parents and vetting of visitors.
  • Use of electronic visitor system, pupil data maintenance on various systems such as Bromcom, CPOMS.
  • Must be confident in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel . Maintenance of paper and electronic files and records.
  • To support Centre daily routines and systems to help them run smoothly. Copying, scanning, laminating. Ordering pupil lunches.

 

The setting can be a challenging environment but can also be equally as rewarding. Previous experience in a school setting would be beneficial.
