Are you a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher ready to inspire and guide a Year 3 class? A welcoming primary school in Erdington is looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join their team and provide high-quality education to their young learners. This is a temporary full-time role starting asap, continuing until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the KS2 curriculum, ensuring that all children make excellent progress.

- Plan and assess lessons effectively to meet the needs of diverse learners and track their academic growth.
- Manage behaviour positively and in line with the school’s policies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- A deep understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.
- Strong classroom management skills with a proactive and positive approach.
