Salary: £85 – £95 per day

We are currently looking for an experienced pupil support assistant who can take on a full-time on-going job role in a fantastic SEN school in Solihull. The school strives to provide the best quality teaching and learning with an inclusive and personalised curriculum. They are passionate about preparing students for life and supporting them to achieve their personal goal. This is a full-time post and will run until the end of the academic year. The candidate for this pupil support assistant role will be experienced supporting SEN children alongside children with a range of different academic attainment levels. This will require patience, commitment and the ability to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
- PECS and Makaton training/experience
- ASD, SLD, Complex needs – Non verbal needs experience
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Recent school based references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS – on the update service
