KS2 Primary Teacher – Northfield
Location: Northfield, Birmingham
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable DOE, M1 – M5 bands
Job description
We are working with an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in Northfield who are looking for a KS2 Teacher to join their fantastic team of education staff. The school are looking for a passionate and dedicated KS2 teacher to take on an amazing opportunity available. Early Career Teacher’s (ECT’s) are welcome to apply.

Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have recent experience of teaching in a Primary setting.
- Available 8.30PM-4.30PM Mon-Fri
- Must have strong subject knowledge
- Support students and manage behaviour effectively
- Experience working with mildly SEN students
Duties/Role Description:
- To liaise and communicate with colleagues to ensure that lessons are appropriately planned and delivered
- Plan and deliver lessons to meet the needs of all pupils through differentiation
- Plan for and communicate effectively with teaching assistants
- Feedback effectively and in a timely fashion to class teachers
- To maintain the highest standards of behaviour within a class and around the school
- Participate in staff and team meetings and on-going professional development opportunities
- Participate in the performance management system for their own appraisal.
