We are working closely with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ alternative provision based in the centre of Walsall that is seeking a strong, passionate, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

The school is committed to offering a second chance to students aged 5 to 18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) who may not thrive in mainstream education. Since their establishment, the school has provided a positive environment where every student is encouraged to succeed. The alternative provision offers a personalised learning approach which aims to facilitate a smooth reintegration or transition for students into suitable educational settings, providing them with the essential skills for future achievements.
