Balfor Recruitment Group are currently looking for Education Recruitment Consultants who have experience within an Education background to work with our specialised, friendly team in our head office in Birmingham. You will be appointed with the pleasure of managing and placing our candidates out to work in vacancies from our well-established clients across the wider West Midlands.

What you could be doing:

  • Your objective will be to build on a successful warm temporary recruitment desk with the flexibility to work on permanent vacancies as well
  • Build strong working relationships with key clients via regular client visits
  • Build a strong portfolio of candidates suitable and relevant for key clients
  • Using tools such as LinkedIn, Job boards and other data sources map and source the best talent
  • Conducting detailed candidate interviews either in person or via video phone
  • Evaluating and selecting candidates to progress through the recruitment process
  • You will ensure all candidates are compliant with companywide standards
  • You will work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
